RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All purchases are final sale. Each collar is carefully inspected and hand-packed by our team to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

Kindly review your order carefully before checking out. Once submitted, we are unable to edit or cancel orders.

We only accept exchanges if the item is proven defective (e.g. broken hardware, structural damage). If you believe your order is faulty, contact us at maisonsaskia@gmail.com or via Instagram DM within 3 business days of receipt. Include: A brief description of the issue, clear photos of the defect, and short video, if applicable.

Exchanges for eligible items will be processed within 3–5 business days upon return of the item.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

Shipping fees for approved returns will be covered by Maison Saskia for domestic orders only. For international returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once proof of delivery has been provided, Maison Saskia is no longer liable for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels. Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in your order total.

Delays caused by customs do not qualify for refunds. It is the recipient’s responsibility to follow up with their local customs office for release or clearance updates.
