MAISON SASKIA is a registered brand operating under VERO VAULT INTERNATIONAL TRADING, a DTI and BIR-certified entity based in the Philippines. All transactions are officially recorded and handled with care.
These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or services.

Maison Saskia collars are handcrafted using bonded vegan leather and rhinestone charm lettering. As each piece is custom-made, slight variations may occur and are part of the product’s unique character.
Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order. We recommend sizing up if your pet is on the fluffier side or in between sizes.
4. PRODUCT USE & CARE
To preserve the beauty and structure of your collar, please refer to our care guide here. Maison Saskia is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, or excessive pulling/chewing.
5. PURCHASES & PAYMENT
We accept GCash, BDO, BPI, and PayPal. All orders are final upon checkout. Once submitted, no changes or cancellations can be made. All prices are listed in PHP. International customers are responsible for any conversion fees or charges from their payment provider.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please allow 3–5 business days for us to handcraft and dispatch your order. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Maison Saskia is not liable for delays, damages, or losses once a parcel is marked as delivered. International orders may be subject to customs duties or delays. These are the recipient’s responsibility and are not grounds for refunds.
7. ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect shipping details.
8. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICING
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any changes, suspensions, or discontinuance of service.

You agree that any comments, testimonials, or images shared via email, Instagram, or other channels may be used by Maison Saskia for promotional purposes. This includes reposting, publishing, or adapting for marketing across platforms.

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect your name, email, shipping address, payment info, customization details, and may collect your Instagram handle for outreach or marketing.
