What payment methods do you accept?

How do I know what size to order?
Wrap a measuring tape around the base of your pet’s neck, allowing room for two fingers between the collar and fur.
PETITE: 20–28 cm
MIDI: 30–38 cm
GRANDE: 40–48 cm
Each collar is adjustable within its size range. Please allow for slight variations (1–2 cm).
If you’re between sizes or unsure, size up. A little extra room is always more comfortable—especially for fluffier pets.
Can I customize my order?
Yes — collars can be personalized with up to 7 rhinestone charm letters maximum. Make sure your spelling and charm selection are final, as customized items cannot be changed once processed.
How do I care for my collar?
Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid soaking or abrasive cleaners. Store flat when not in use. Keep charms away from moisture. Keep your collar dry and store it in its pouch when not in use.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Each Maison Saskia collar is handcrafted to order. Please allow a lead time of 3–5 business days before your item is shipped out.
PHILIPPINES: 3–7 business days after processing
INTERNATIONAL: Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
We don’t accept returns or refunds, but we do allow exchanges for defective items reported within 3 business days of delivery.
You’ll need to send us clear images and a short video showing the defect.
