What payment methods do you accept?
Online orders use Maya hosted checkout, including Maya QR and supported cards. Walk-in purchases may also be recorded as cash, Maya QR, card, or another agreed manual method.
How do I know what size to order?
Measure around the base of the neck with room for two fingers. Petite fits 20–28 cm, Midi 30–38 cm, and Grande 40–48 cm. If between sizes, size up.
Can I personalize a collar?
Yes. Add up to seven rhinestone letter charms. Please review the spelling before ordering because personalized pieces cannot be changed once production begins.
How do I care for it?
Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid soaking and abrasive cleaners. Keep charms away from moisture and store the collar flat in its pouch.
How long will my order take?
Each collar is handcrafted to order. Allow 3–5 business days for production, followed by approximately 3–7 business days for delivery within the Philippines.
Do you accept returns?
Personalized pieces are not returnable. Defective items may be exchanged when reported within three business days of delivery with clear photos and a short video.
Do you ship internationally?
Maison Saskia currently delivers within the Philippines only. If you need to correct a shipping address, contact us as soon as possible before the order enters fulfillment.
